Not very hot and I chopped it up. I think I will add another one. The kids complained it was burning their throat, but I think that was the Jamaican ginger beer!! I tried it with Appleton Reserve last night, but still prefer the Extra as it has a stronger presence. I think Appleton Special Gold would be a good mixer too.
Paul, thanks for the recipe, I'm not a cocktail guy really, anthing more than ice, mixer, and a squeeze of lime is considered cooking in my book
But this was good!!
