Thanks for the link - I just checked them out during my lunch hour, looks like a great bar. The guy I spoke to couldn't have been more helpful and I am going to book a table for my 30th the weekend after next.

Well, what can I say about this bar? It's amazing. Very comfortable and relaxed. The staff were attentive, but not overly so and very knowledgable about the 90-odd rums they had in stock giving good advice and even inventing a rum cocktail for my girlfriend based on her tastes!

If your drinking companions are not in to rum, never fear! The choice of single malts, vodkas, wine, beer and cider was also impressive.

I would recommend you go out of your way to have a sip or two here!

I hope to make it to a few UK rum bars while I'm there in October, but since this one is in Bristol, it looks like I might miss it.
