The Gifted Rums Guide (http://www.giftedrums.com) web site does not offer reviews of rum per se, but does share tasting notes and some background information about notable rums that are worthy of attention. The site also includes details about monthly rum tasting events (http://www.giftedrums.com/Events.html) in South Florida.
Published every six months, the printed version of the Gifted Rums Guide is distributed free in top-quality liquor stores throughout South Florida, as well as bars and restaurants that feature a fine selection of rums.
The guide is written by a father and son team (http://www.giftedrums.com/Judges.html) of rum enthusiasts who enjoy sharing their passion for fine rums with friends and fellow aficionados of premium cane spirits.

Hi Robert,
I've really enjoyed going through your great site. However, I have a problem loading the Rum Guide pdf. It's loading about a tenth of the size then it stops. Any thoughts on how I might succeed?

not sure what the problem might be. do you have a dial-up, or relatively slow connection? can you try from a different computer?
anyone else have trouble with that PDF file? It works for me.

I'm using an older PC with a standard speed DSL connection. The PDF loads fine on my side.
And by the way Robert...A very nice read. I work in a 17 room Bed & Breakfast which features a self serve "Honor Bar" where guests help themselves to a variety of spirits. We carry a number of rums you highlight. May I impose upon you for some copies of your guide? I think our guests would love the read, and have some fun concocting some of the cocktail recipes you have included.

Another great job. Robin dropped some guides off to me this week. I had managed to get a copy in London aswell. I will be sending copies to MoR members who I trade rums with, as they deserve it the most!! Nice to see a photo taken in the Turks and Caicos in the guide aswell.

I'm not quite sure, maybe I have a problem with the adobe software. However saving the pdf instead of trying to open it directly solved the problem.
It's a great read! Thanks for sharing. After reading the guide I really felt like I needed a sip of rum... cheers.gif

Come on over. There's about a dozen tents out back already. You're in good company.
