I'm off to the airport to spend a few days with friends in Seattle. Hopefully there will more rum in Washington State next year. All good things take time.
Just enjoyed a couple of days in Indiana and Kentucky making preparations to bottle the Edward Hamilton Signature Series collection of rums.
There is a lot more to putting rum in a bottle and putting it on the shelf than you might imagine. Even after importing rum more than 6 years, I'm learning new things every day.
