Rum from the Bahamas

Can you guys give me some good Bahamian rums? Are there any good Bahamian rums? Wife is going on a cruise this weekend and I'd love to get a gift when she comes back.

There are a number of Bahamian rums distilled and bottled on Grand Bahama island. While you'll mostly find Bacardi look for some of the flavored rums which are sold in Nassau and in the outer islands. There is a great pineapple flavored rum sold only in Eleuthera.

Nassau Royale is a very popular rum based liqueur which can be hard to find in the US.
