Hi guys - stumbled upon this site whilst searching for home made rum recipes and procedures - what a find - I am a retired (30 yrs) Canadian Navy denizen which may have a bearing on my fondness for rum - at one time worked in the beverage industry in Bermuda - I am a lover of all things rum and look forward to exchanging ideas and opinions with all of you ....
