July 18 and 19th I will be in New Orleans conducting a sugar cane spirits Tasting Competition (http://ministryofrum.com/2007.php), the winners will be announced during Tales of the Cocktail (http://www.talesofthecocktail.com).
Judging will take place during a morning and an afternoon session. The judging panels will consist of a mix of spirits industry, culinary, mixology and journalism professionals as well as some educated consumers.
