Just an FYI.

While watching The Big Lebowski the other night I was really wanting a White Russian. I knew I only had one of the ingredients (cream) so I thought I 'd see what I could make. I opened my cupboard and BINGO! I have the stuff for substitutions on the classic White Russian.

2 oz. Cruzan light rum (in place of the Vodka)
1 oz. Trader Vic's Macadamia Nut Liqueur (in place of the Kahlua)
1 oz. cream

Pretty tasty and the Cruzan diminished the sweetness from the Trader Vic's. All I needed was a name. White Hawaiian it is.

Thanks for reading this far.:D

Cream adds a nice flavor and texture to a lot of cocktails and is one of the underused ingredients.
