Looking for suggestions...here's my bowl-ya-over recipe:

J-man's bowl ya over

1 cup instant coffee or Starbucks (whatever I don't care)
2 oz light Cruzan rum (for Madisonites I recommend Steve's Wine Market at Hilldale, $16/liter)
1 oz Bailey's Irish creme

Not for the faint at heart!!
But it will help you with the infinite below-zero days we have up here in WI
if ya don't drink too much ha ha

Please let me know how the mix is...

Santa Teresa makes a rum and coffee liqueur called Araku (http://ministryofrum.com/rumdetails.php?r=583) which is made with very rich Venezuelan coffee and aged rum. One sip of this and you'll forget Kahlua, which is made with a neutral spirit base. Though I enjoy this one neat, it is also a great addition to a cocktail.
