Great video Bob. My Spanish can be described as "Jibaro", I was however able to translate that the cane juice is being converted to "quarapo" which is a type of light syrup.

Lots more to learn...And that is half the fun. Thanks for posting it.

This production looks very much like the way is has been done in Puerto Rico in garages for years. I look forward to seeing this in action.
