Hello fellow fans of rum,
Truly the Noble Spirit. I have enjoyed rum above all other spirits for nearly 30 years.
I am located in the the coastal region of Virginia, USA.
I would call myself a rum connoisseur, but as connoisseur means expert and I am an expert only in my own mind, I suppose I then am an aspiring connoisseur.
I respect all forms of rum-white, gold, spiced, dark, etc.
But I am very much primarily a fan of the dark rums.
Pyrat XO Reserve is my favorite.

In regard to Cane/Able's question, yes the selection at ABC can be somewhat limited, although I am occasionally surprised. I travel to and through Maryland and generally find what I am looking for there.
