I don't know who has access to Costco and for those who do, which Costcos carry liquor, but for those who are fortunate enough to have a Costco liquor store, I hope you are taking advantage of their selection.
Their usual rum supply is mediocre: the three basic Bacardis. However, they do a good job of bringing in interesting rums. They will keep these special selections in stock for 90 days. If they aren't selling, they start marking them down.
Here's what my Costco (Fort Worth) has at the moment:
Flor de Cana 4 Year Gold and Extra Dry 1.75 $16
Flor de Cana 7 Year Gran Reserve 1.75 $33
Flor de Cana 18 year 750 $30
Ron Pampero 750 $23
Cruzan Single Barrel 1.75 $43
Sailor Jerry's 1.75 $22
The prices are great. It makes it easy to pick up decent standards for a great price. If you've never checked Costco out, I'd say it's high time. Salud!
