Yes, you are correct, I changed the name due to an unresolved legal issue that surfaced after the first International Cane Spirits Tasting Competition in Ybor City in March 2006. In the interest of moving ahead, I changed the name of the competition which will be held in New Orleans and am addressing the legal issues.
