Have anyone made that? i don`t find any recipe on the net and nothing much seems to be written about it, except for some threads in egullet about bergamot juice and bitters in cocktails.
Maybe such a thing as bergamot bitters is not commonly made? but i read that bergamot is a part of some bitters as well as used as flavouring in desserts, honey and Earl Grey.

Same here - though finding full-on recipes for bitters has always been tricky for me. Only places I've ever been able to find have been on eforums like this or DrinkBoy &c.

Neat idea - I wonder how it would work out for a bitters/what other things would go in them? Maybe an Earl Grey (or similar tea-based) bitters? Chamomille & Bergamot? Lavender or another tisane perhaps?

I'll have to look into this some more as I've never had chance to work with bergamot (other than as part of a cuppa' Earl Grey)...so many projects, so little time. Anybody else have any insights?

Cheers!
