Hi all,
So I probably should have posted one of these earlier, rather than jumping right into the thick of it, but better late than never..
My name is Chris. Here in NJ, apart from part-time work & full-time studies, I'm something of an amatuer mixologist - or a reprobate with a fair hand behind the shaker - whichever you might prefer. I love cooking, classic cocktails, experimenting with new libations and infusions & Trader Vic is my personal hero.
I'm a rumhound much like the rest of you, although not necessarily to the exclusion of other spirits & I feel that hospitality is one of the most important virtues a person can share with the world. I look forward to any & all converstions on rum, cocktails or anything in-between on this fantastic forum.
