- Ed Hamilton unraveled some of the mysteries of rum, the most diverse of the distilled spirits, at Ten 01 Restaurant from 6 - 8pm.
- He also demonstrated how easy it is to make some great rum cocktails at home, answered questions and talked about where to find some of the best rum values in Portland.
- Kelley Swenson from Ten 01 & Timothy Davey from Beaker & Flask assisted and made Ed look good.
- Monday sold out so the good folks at Ten 01 let us do it again on Tuesday.
