Ed Hamilton unraveled some of the mysteries of rum, the most diverse of the distilled spirits, at Ten 01 Restaurant from 6 - 8pm.

He also demonstrated how easy it is to make some great rum cocktails at home, answered questions and talked about where to find some of the best rum values in Portland.

Ed Hamilton was assisted by Kelley Swenson from Ten 01 & Timothy Davey from Beaker & Flask.
Monday sold out so the good folks at Ten 01 let us do it again on Tuesday.
